A fantastic opportunity has become available to join this very well run and highly regarded Property and Real Estate company as HR and Office Manager.
Based in Melbourne's CBD, this newly created position is a pivotal role to oversee and manage the HR function, office operations and provide leadership to the administration staff.
Reporting to the Managing Director, your main responsibilities in this role will include:
- Lead recruitment, benefits administration, policy development and employee relations
- Drive training initiatives and career development programs
- Conduct assessments to identify and address operations inefficiencies
- Implement strategies to streamline workflows and resource utilisation
- Develop and manage budgets for HR operations, office expenses and administrative costs
- Optimise financial resources to support office operations and uphold high standards
- Provide leadership to administrative staff, ensuring high performance
- Manage day to day functions including facilities and supplies
- Develop and implement policies to support organisational goals.
This role requires a strong HR education and background and ideally experience within the property industry. Fluency in Mandarin would be very beneficial to this position. An Agents Representative Certificate would be highly regarded as well.
