The role

Essential criteria
- Must have a current TSPV Security Clearance
- Exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Experience working within a capability development role, including the development of Capability Realisation Planning artifacts
- Experience working within government procurement frameworks, including budgeting
- Proven ability in strategic decision-making skills in a complex, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A positive, collaborative attitude with common sense, and a client-focused approach to your work.
Desirable criteria
- Prior experience working with Defence (CASG or Army) in a Defence Capability Lifecycle role.
- Direct and relevant experience gained on major acquisition or sustainment projects of Land systems.
- Direct experience working with cross-functional areas/teams (commercial, technical, etc).
