How will I help?As the
Capability Lead within the Customer Solutions team, you will develop and deliver coaching and training interventions to build and embed technical skill and professional capability, supporting our new to role and experienced employees to build the skill sets they need to fulfil our service promise and meet our customer's needs.You will utilise both face to face and virtual delivery mediums to create a quality learning experience supporting teams in Estates COE, Complaints and Customer Assist and specialised leadership programs and wellbeing programs.

What do I need?- Demonstrated experience developing and training facilitation
- Solid coaching capability in lifting performance across both customer and commercial results
- Understanding of adult learning principles and facilitation techniques
- Experience in working with Capability framework (desirable)
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to monitor and manage learner understanding and operational training environment.
- Ability to manage projects and prioritise in a fast paced environment
