About the OPPORTUNITY
We have an excellent opportunity for a Leadership Capability Lead to join our business. The preferred location of this role is Adelaide.
We embrace flexible work arrangements at BAE Systems Australia, such as working a 9-day fortnight and hybrid working.
Reporting to the Acting People Lead - Capability & Learning, you will be responsible for the successful design and delivery of a broad range of development interventions that build capability, increase employee effectiveness and drive culture change (including but not limited to leadership development, capability development and enterprise learning project delivery).
Key responsibilities include:

• Evolve the design and delivery of the Leadership Capability framework to strengthen Leadership Capability and create leaders for the future
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the global business and externally
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the Enterprise in order to influence and guide their thinking towards effective development strategies for their people
• Facilitate leadership programs across the geography of the Australian Enterprise via face to face and online mediums
• Ensure the Leadership Capability development interventions maintain relevance, applicability and meet quality standards

About YOU

• Extensive Leadership development experience
• Certificate IV in TAA or TAE
• Coaching qualification or extensive executive level coaching experience
• Demonstrated experience with training needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation of relevant training and development programs
• Demonstrated experience delivering and facilitating executive level training
• Personable with excellent communication and influencing skills
