Part time 3 days a week role based in the CBD. Must have MRI experience!
- Part-time role: 3 days per week
- Contract duration: 3 months with potential for extension
- Remuneration: $50 per hour + superannuation

Purpose:
We are looking for a Capital Works Administrator who has previous experience using MRI Property Software. In this role, you'll be supporting the Capital Works Project Management Team within Technical Services.
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitate project brief and business case sign-off process
- Administer project financials and maintain documentation
- Provide support to Capital Works PM's and external PM's
- Coordinate contract admin process
- Maintain excel tracker workbooks for project financials
- Administer project closeout process
- Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders
- Drive engagement with internal stakeholders
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Essential requirements:
- Experience: 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role
- Must have experience using MRI Property software
- Ideally have PMO experience
- Strong communication skills
