The Role

As the Car Care Consultant & Delivery Coordinator, your role is to present and sell our exclusive range of Car Care products to our customers based on their lifestyle and driving needs once they have purchased a vehicle. Our product range consists of exterior and interior protection products, window films and safety options.

Working closely with your sales team to offer exceptional customer service to our customers, building long lasting relationships for all departments in the dealership.

We are looking for someone who is passionate and understands the importance of providing outstanding service to our highly valued Guests. If you are passionate and enthusiastic about sales & customer service, then we want you!

We are looking for:

• Enthusiasm and passion.
• Professional presentation.
• Sales focused and motivated.
• Organised with an eye for detail.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to multitask.
• Team Player.
• Required to work Saturdays.
• Exceptional customer relationship and prospect management skills.
• Current Australian Driver's license.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Promoting a range of aftercare products to new and existing customers.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Work collaboratively with all team members
• Meeting Dealership sales targets.
• Visual Merchandising.
• Preparing necessary paperwork for customers.
