We are currently seeking a Car Care Sales Professional to join our Team. Norris Motor Group has a tradition of excellent procedures and systems supporting Car Care sales through all of its dealerships, ensuring you will be given all the support necessary to succeed and be a top performer. You will receive referrals from our new and used car departments giving you ample opportunities to secure top tier commissions each month.
Our ideal candidate will be a very well presented polished professional and have a proven track record as an elite sales leader in this or similar role. Automotive experience would be an advantage but not essential.

- Providing exceptional customer service by building and maintaining customer relationships and delivering strong product knowledge
- Effective time management – managing leads and following up opportunities
- Able to work every Saturday
Core Role Responsibilities:
- Selling and presenting a broad range of vehicle protection products such as paint protection solutions, interior protection solutions, window tint, electronics and rust solutions.
- Build and maintain Team and customer relationships
- Work towards exceeding monthly targets
- First point of contact in showroom
- Assisting in sales process and ensuring all customers are welcomed in dealership
- Warranty generation and presentation
- Income reporting and sales log management
