Your opportunity

As a casual Car Park Attendant at Westfield Warringah Mall, you will be part of our Car Park team focusing on providing an extraordinary experience for customers entering and and leaving our Westfield Living Centres. You will be proactive, hands-on and dedicated to maintaining exceptional standards of customer service in an ever-changing environment.

• Being empowered to rectify and resolve customer issues that may arise while on shift.
• Ensure the carparks physical condition is maintained at a high standard
• Providing Traffic management & Navigational assistance during our busy periods in the carpark
• Providing assistance, directions and information to customers in a busy retail environment, including in the Car Park.

Your checklist

• Flexibility to work across a 7-day week (Monday-Sunday) including Public Holidays
• To be considered for a Car Park position, a drivers’ license is required

This is a temporary casual position and is the perfect chance to shine, gain valuable experience and get your foot in the door for a career at Scentre Group.

All successful candidates will need to be comfortable to walk up to 10,000 steps per shift and feel at ease on their feet for up to 8 hours. We will be using email as the primary method of communication; please ensure you check your emails regularly to monitor the progress of your application.
