OCR Car Rentals is a growing Car Rental company based on the Gold Coast, priding ourselves on excellent customer service and quality, value for money vehicles.We are looking for a "people person", someone who is a team player with a positive attitude but also happy to work autonomously in a sole charge capacity from our Surfers Paradise location on weekends.This is a permanent part time position, additional hours across other locations may become available to the right candidate.
Qualifications & experience
- Car Rental Experience highly regarded.Must have Australian Drivers License.Customer Service Experience with an eye for detail.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Providing superior customer service to customers face to face, by phone and online.Processing reservations and rental agreements.Cleaning of vehicles as required using equipment supplied.Driving vehicles as required.
