The Office Administrator plays a crucial role, providing essential support to the day-to-day operations Crazy Clarks Car Rentals.
This position involves handling routine administrative tasks and reports to the General Manager. The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Process Queensland Department of Transport camera offenses and fines, obtain statutory declarations and process administrative paperwork
- Performing accounts payable administration including collating for management approval: supplier and contractor invoices, registrations, invoicing and sending to bookkeeper
- Liaise with our Sales team to ensure revenue is reconciled, including prepayments and processing online orders
- Process and upload refunds for approval
- Assist with monthly payroll processing including employee reimbursements, bonus calculations and any payroll related queries in conjunction with our outsourced book keeper.
- Support finance administration working with our Finance Manager
- Manage BrightHR roster system
- Arrange daily team lunch and coordinate various office administration duties.
Education, Experience & Skills
- 1-2 years’ experience in an administration role or accounts payable or bookkeeping role
- A self-starter with careful attention to detail.
- A strong sense of initiative and a process improvement mindset.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills and ability to prioritise.
- Execute and exhibit good judgement, high level of professionalism and keeping sensitive matters confidential.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Excellent computer skills, proficient or advanced skill in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, etc).
