The company is currently looking for a Car Sales Executive to represent the Tasmania market and is offering an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.

The opportunity

As a Car Sale Executive,  you will ensure that set targets are achieved through the selected Dealer zones, by making use of industry knowledge within the Automotive industry.  It is expected from the role to build strong relationships through communication and empathy, and to bring value into the Dealership .  

About the role

As a Car Sales Executive at PMG, your responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with customers through effective communication and empathy.
  • Reporting to the General Manager Sales and being responsible for department growth strategies.
  • Implementing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintaining a positive and supportive Customer Relationship Management.
  • Demonstrating a high level of commitment to achieving sales targets.
  • Conducting new and used Car Sales, with a focus on achieving monthly targets.
  • Generating and following up on sales leads and converting leads into sales.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and building positive customer relationships.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Proven experience in new and used Car Sales (desired).
  • Strong knowledge of various automotive brands and models.
  • Excellent people and communication skills (both verbal and written) 
  • Self-motivation and drive to achieve strong sales results
  • Passion in delivering exceptional customer service 
  • Generating and following-up sales leads and converting leads to sales
  • Creating and maintaining positive relationships with customers
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • A commitment to achieving and exceeding monthly targets
  • A Customer first approach with high energy
