About the role
We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team on the Sunshine Coast. The Sales Consultant will help deliver a great experience to all customers and team members. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for an exciting and dynamic work environment with a long-standing and reputable company.
Role responsibilities
- Manage online enquiries, calls, emails and walk in customers
- Develop and maintain great customer relationships during and after sale
- Assisting with technical questions from customers
- Collaborate on sales strategies, forecasting and reporting
- Attend trade shows where required
- Occasional Saturday work
About you
- Caravan experience beneficial, however full training will be provided
- Technical industry knowledge
- Customer focussed with great communication skills
- Confident, motivated, and eager to learn
- Organised and able to determine priorities
- Passionate about camping a plus!
Salary negotiable based on experience.
