Lawrence RV, currently in Burpengary have opened their new dealership in Helensvale, Gold Coast and are ready to get a second Sales Professional to sell all new Lotus Caravans, Essential Caravans, Atlas Caravans plus used RV's.
Great Customer Service and Exceptional Sales abilities will be paramount to your success. You will be joining a highly motivated team and working alongside the owners of the business who can give you on the spot advice & training all while ensuring that an exceptional level of customer service is maintained at all levels.
About This Role
- Handle sales inquiries via incoming calls, email and customer walk ins daily and follow through sales funnel to conversion.
- Develop and maintain great customer relationships during and after sale.
- Attend trade shows throughout the year.
- Be self-motivated with the initiative to work unsupervised.
- Manage leads and greet customers with utmost importance.
- Contribute in setting up the yard display
- Looking after the customer from Sale through to Delivery
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales
- Interest in the Camping & Caravanning Lifestyle
- Highly proficient in sales always wanting to exceed personal targets
- Resilient communication skills - on the phone, in person and written
- Sound oral and written skills and quick and accurate math
- A current unrestricted drivers’ license
- Have a respectable Manner and work along with a team.
- Dress to the role
- Attend trade shows and work away from home up to 10 times a year.
- Ability to ‘hit the ground running’
