To ensure you hit the ground running, you will have experience working in administration. Due to the high-volume nature of the role, the ideal candidate will have a high level of attention to detail and strong organisational capabilities. You will play a crucial part in delivering quality customer service to contribute to the teams ongoing success.
As a Sales Personal Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Updating and maintaining an array of databases and systems;
- Managing incoming buyer enquiry
- Attending buyer inspections
- Attending building inspections
- Coordinating, confirm and managing the agents daily schedule to ensure optimal time;
- Send timely reminders and notifications to the agents regarding upcoming appointments, deadlines and important tasks to maintain productivity;
- Assist in organising all documents, property documents and all marketing materials required for meetings / property showings;
- Extensive email management, and acting as a main point of contact on behalf of the agents
- Providing ad hoc errand support as required.
