The Ideal Candidate will possess:

· Bachelor of Science or Applied Science with a Diploma in Cardiac Ultrasound (or equivalent)

· ASAR accreditation

· An energetic and friendly personality

· The ability to work with patients in a respectful and caring manner

· High level of clinical and technical expertise in echocardiography

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

· Strong desire to continue professional development and training

Primary duties and responsibilities include:

· Acquire and produce cardiac ultrasound images and reports in a timely and efficient manner

· Perform transthoracic, exercise and Dobutamine stress echocardiography

· Attend education meetings, train staff as directed, distribute and share knowledge acquired from external education programs
