About the role:
In this role our successful candidate will be collaborating closely with a cohesive and driven team comprising Clinical Nurse Consultants and Cardiologists. Together, this team is dedicated to delivering exceptional outpatient cardiac services tailored to meet the needs of patient in the Lower Hunter Community.   • The Maitland Hospital offers a comprehensive range of services including maternity, gynaecology, paediatrics and special care nursery, medical service and rehabilitation, surgery, orthopaedics and day surgery. We have a busy emergency department and an adult intensive care unit as well as mental health, dental, renal and diagnostic services onsite.
About you:
  • You have the ability or willingness to be trained to perform 12 lead ECGs and Stress ECGs.
  • You are someone who takes initiative and can manage competing priorities with a large number of stakeholders.
  • You can plan and prioritise workload in a busy clinical environment, as well as accomplished customer service.

Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
To be eligible for permanent employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport. Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable local candidate is identified for the position; in this instance, you may only be offered employment in line with the conditions and expiry date of your visa.
