About the role
Are you looking for a work/life balance position that allows you to make a positive impact on the lives of others? We have opportunities for passionate Care Companions who are care about the well-being of aged care residents.
These positions provide person-centered care that maintains residents' independence and maximizes their quality of life. The role contributes to creating and maintaining a home environment that caters to residents' physical, emotional, and cultural needs by assisting with nourishing meals, supporting individual care plans and activities of daily living for residents.

About you
Your confidence in your ability to provide exceptional care to our residents will enable you to create a positive and welcoming environment for your team and residents. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal relationship building skills, a supportive nature, and a passion for the aged care industry.
The following experience and qualifications will ensure your success in this role:
- Salary: $58,805.76 to $59,497.36 per annum, plus 11% superannuation.
- Certificate III/IV in Aged Care (desirable)
- Effective organisation and time management skills
- Able to work on your own but also as part of a bigger team.
- Understanding of your own safety and others in the workplace
- Evidence of current influenza and COVID vaccinations preferred but not required
- National Police Clearance (issued within the last six months)
