As a key member of the Infin8 Care team, our Care Coordinators are responsible for ensuring that all residents in the facility receive the very best quality of clinical care. In simple terms, you will combine your innate ability to empathise with people with your clinical expertise and knowledge to help lead a team who collectively strive to ensure that the care needs our all of our residents are managed within the facility and that resourcing, documentation and assessments reflect best-in-class clinical practices.
About You
Maybe you are an experienced Care Coordinator who has outgrown their current employer, or a Registered Nurse looking to take the next step and build your career with an industry leader.
