About the Role
We are currently seeking a quality-focused, dedicated, and committed individual to join our care team for an 11-month Maternity Leave Contract. The role of Care Coordinator involves overseeing, supervising, and supporting our support workers to ensure a high standard of care for our participants. Additionally, this role will involve actively engaging with participants to gather feedback, ensuring that our services consistently meet their needs and expectations. On-call duties one weekend per month are also required.
About You
Critical to success in this role is the ability to build respectful, positive relationships with both clients and support workers. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong communication skills, establishing and maintaining professional boundaries and rapport with participants. Experience in a clinical or support environment is highly regarded.
