About the role

2 days per week

Working in our clinical team, you will inspire colleagues while coordinating the provision of daily care needs to our residents;

• Conduct appraisals across our home, in accordance with the Pathway Process
• Monitor and identify upcoming submissions
• Follow up with physiotherapist re-pain clinic attendance
• Track appraisal submissions, changes to daily subsidy and target on Mirus weekly
• Monitor & report on any discrepancies in the subsidy received from the Department
