Job description My client is a family-owned business providing services to the construction industry.Now hiring for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer / Credit Controller to join the team based in Dandenong South on a permanent, full-time basis.The RoleKey responsibilities will include (but not limited to) the following:
- Processing of general receivables
- Liaising with internal departments regularly
- Following up customer via phone and email
- Receipting of payments, daily returns and refunds
- Raising invoices and ensuring correct revenue recognition
- Ad-hoc finance team support duties
- Invoice data entry
- General administration responsibilities
- Purchasing duties
- 2+ years experience in an Accounts Receivable position
- Excellent phone manner
- Outstanding attention to detail
- First rate customer service skills
- Proficiency with using MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel
