- Lead the daily clinical operations, ensuring excellence in care delivery
- Mentor and support the clinical team, fostering growth and performance
- Drive compliance with AN-ACC assessments and clinical governance standards
- Facilitate person-centred care planning and evaluation, engaging families and carers
- Conduct clinical governance audits and oversee medication management
- Collaborate with allied health professionals and medical practitioners for optimal resident care
- Hold current AHPRA registration
- Possess a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Post-graduate qualification in Aged Care is highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience managing a minimum of 30 beds
- Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care in Aged Care or acute settings
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning abilities
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills
- Familiarity with Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes
