Care Manager - Colac  
Looking for an experienced Care Manager to join the team at a medium sized NFP Aged Care Facility in Colac VIC.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead your own team, and oversee the clinical operations of this fully accredited facility.

About the role:

• Monday - Friday
• Up to $126k + super + salary packaging 
• Fully accredited until 2026 
• Medium size home 
• Reporting to the Director of Nursing 
• Working with a close knit team who focus on creating a caring and supportive  environment 
• Situated in a lovely country town roughly 2 hours from Melbourne CBD

Requirements:

• Strong experience working as a Care Manager within the aged care sector.
• AHPRA Registration as an RN DIV 1
• Extensive clinical skills & knowledge
• Ability to lead and support a multi-disciplinary team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing day to day clinical issues
