AddressAs the Care Manager, you will have clinical oversight of a 116-bed Nursing Home.
What will some of your responsibilities be?
- You will use your clinical expertise, leadership, and clear communication skills to oversee the care team on site.
- You will support the Facility Manager in the overall running of the Home, including managing budgets.
- With a strong understanding of the aged care standards and best practice, you will lead, inspire, and educate the Care Team to promote delivery of quality care.
- Salary in the region of $125,000 + Super + Salary Packaging (depending on experience).
- 116 bed Nursing home with a supportive structure on site.
- This role will report into the Facility Manager.
- Permanent full-time Monday to Friday role.

- Current nursing registration with AHPRA.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Care Manager or senior Registered Nurse within Aged care.
- A ‘hands on’ approach to ensuring quality clinical care.
- The ability to supervise, delegate and work as part of a team.
- Strong clinical knowledge including working knowledge of ACFI.
- Demonstrated knowledge of aged care accreditation standards.
- Post graduate study in relevant discipline/s (geriatrics, dementia, palliative care) highly desirable.
