AddressWe are currently seeking a Care Manager to join a reputable not-for-profit Aged Care provider located close to Newcastle’s CBD! You will report directly to the Facility Manager overseeing all clinical care within a medium-sized Aged Care facility to ensure person-centred care for the residents.
This would be a great opportunity for an experienced leader to join a supportive facility, or for an experienced Registered Nurse to make the next move in their career.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising the day-to-day clinical operations of the care home
- Ensuring compliance, safety and accreditation standards are met
- Overseeing the assessment, planning, delivery, and monitoring of all care
- Advocating for the residents and their families to ensure their independent needs are met
- Salary – $120,000 + Super + Salary Packaging
- Permanent - Monday to Friday
- Fantastic team support and company culture with an experienced Facility Manager, Quality Coordinator, Lifestyle Coordinator, and a team of RNs
- Fully accredited facility
- Medium-sized facility with less than 80 beds
- Current AHPRA registration is essential – Division 1 Registered Nurse
