Summary: Oversee the Nursing team within a large Nursing Home on the Mid North Coast – clinical leadership opportunity.
- This is a 2IC role responsible for the clinical needs of the home as well as supporting the wider team.
- Support from very experienced leaders and Education/Quality teams. Structure on-site Operations Manager > DON > 3 x CMs > Quality/Education > Clinical Staff.
- Seeking someone with a go-getter attitude, eager to embark on a journey of growth alongside this provider.
- Full-time permanent opportunity, Monday to Friday.
