Are you looking for an exciting opportunity?We are seeking qualified candidates with either a perioperative nursing background (including CSSD experience) or extensive experience as a Sterilisation Technician.In this role, you will thrive in a close-knit department of 12 staff, 7 theatres overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with standards. Knowledge of relevant standards and accreditation is key to success.If you are a great communicator who can inspire, motivate and mentor your team, this role is for you! • Experienced Sterilising Technician with Certificate III in Sterilising Services OR Perioperative Nurse with AHPRA registration.
• Current knowledge of all aspects of Sterilising Services including relevant standards.
• 3 years minimum experience within the CSSD environment.
• Previous experience within a management or leadership role.
• Proven ability to act as a positive role model and inspire your team.
• Demonstrated ability to nurture and develop team members with potential to advance their career.
• Demonstrated problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to effectively plan and manage financial, human and capital resources.

Desirable

• Certificate IV in Sterilising Services or relevant Post graduate qualifications.
