The role:
Join the team at our Multicultural Village based in Warrawong, providing care and support for older people from culturally and linguistically (CALD) diverse backgrounds. Tucked in a quiet cul-de-sac, our Warrawong Multicultural Village hosts both residential care beds and independent living units, a mixture of modern indoor and outdoor (garden-facing) rooms with beautiful garden views, residents can feel supported, connected to their friends and family while being taken care of in a friendly environment.
To be successful you will need:
- A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support (or similar)
- An empathy and commitment to the care of older people with a demonstrated commitment to meeting their needs
- Demonstrated experience in a carer role and providing person centred care in a Residential setting
- Experience in delivering high levels of exceptional customer service within the Aged Care industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- You may have the ability to speak a second language - Macedonian, Croatian, Italian or similar (highly desirable but not essential)

Onboarding:
If your application is successful, you will be required to commence employment to our three day On-boarding Program in Shell Cove. Our training will cover all things Warrigal and the essential skills that will set you up for success that ensure our customers have the highest quality care. Our On-boarding is held fortnightly.
