This is not an IT position, its far more exciting! You'll be responsible for delivering post-sales assistance and support within the Technical Services Department. Your main task will involve offering initial triage support to hospitals and surgical customers when their machines are down, and scheduling technicians to attend both preventative maintenance and emergency requests. Collaborating closely with technicians, service supervisors, and management will be essential to ensure efficient customer service delivery and smooth administrative operations for the department.

Helpful by nature and a keen communicator will see you make a difference in this role! Prior experience with customer service protocols and the capability to work independently are prerequisites. A strong emphasis on teamwork is essential, along with a process-oriented mindset, adeptness with systems, and proficiency in integrated ERP systems. While experience with SAP is advantageous, it is not essential.
