- Higher hourly rates (between $30.11 - 30.49) plus the benefit of salary packaging

- Provision of quality resident care as per the individual resident care plan
- Ensure the workplace is a safe one for self and colleagues
- Comply with legislation, regulations and codes in the workplace relating to the role as well as workplace health & safety guidelines
- Assist with basic care needs in daily living such as eating, dressing and toileting when necessary
- Have a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care).

- Relevant experience in providing Care Services within the residential aged care environment.
- Knowledge of legislation and regulations relevant to aged care.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- A Current National Criminal Record Check suitable for aged care (within the last three years) or be willing to obtain.
