Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support/ 2nd year Nursing students who have completed 1 placement. Experience in similar role in aged care A genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with elderly people Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Respect for all people, regardless of background, age, gender, religion and ethnicity Flexible to do AM/PM and night shifts
