About the Role:
We are offering Permanent Part Time hours, seeking applications from Carers for current vacancies in the Buderim/Sunshine Coast region. Flexibility to work various shifts is ideal. Day-to-day you will:
- Work as part of a team to provide personal care in residents homes
- Assist residents to attain and maintain their optimum degree of independence, dignity, privacy and quality of life
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of information about resident care and wellbeing through appropriate channels to the Registered/ Clinical Nurse or Facility Manager
- Take a proactive approach to the health and safety of residents, staff and visitors and share ideas for improvement
About You
Our Carers are passionate about what they do, are driven by a career with purpose and vital to our model of care for all residents. For your application to be considered, we look for the following skills, qualifications and experience:
- Certificate III in Individual Support
- Excellent communication skills enabling you to communicate effectively with residents, team members and visitors
- Drivers license, car and comprehensive insurance
- Ability to understand and follow through with instructions, processes and procedures in a busy environment
- Basic knowledge of technology
