Skills evaluation, creating resumes, job search training, interview preparation, coordinating work experience and mentoring, and offering assistance after placement. New business - Building solid partnerships with local businesses by canvassing, engaging, and providing talent to local companies, and you will be integral in developing and building new business relationships. Key Responsibilities:Assisting participants in obtaining sustainable employment and reverse marketing participants to employersBuilding rapport and supporting participants to increase their capacity to obtain sustainable employment through training and other support servicesConducting post-placement follow-up with participants placed into employmentAssisting with the resolution of complaints as required.Managing participant's files and record keeping Identifying potential positions and suitable workplaces for our participantsPerforming reception duties as requiredHelping to ensure the smooth operation of the officeProfileTo be considered for this position we are looking for the following;Proven experience working in a customer-focused position is essentialPrevious experience working with sales is highly desirableSolid IT skills, great attention to data, and administration skills are necessaryExcellent communication and the ability to build rapport and stay resilient during challenging conversations are keyPrevious experience in employment services is NOT essential - if you have the right attitude, we can teach everything else!
