The Role:
- Conducting open homes
- Liaising with prospective tenants & landlords
- Great autonomous role with plenty of support!
- Certificate of registration & driver's license essential
- Championing the real estate listings, ensuring properties are up to date, and advertising is correct and well written.
- Managing the lease document and negotiation process, ensuring all leases are completed and compliant with ACT legislation.
- Working to meet or exceed the leasing budget and ramp-up targets.
- Prospecting potential residents, ensuring all relevant checks are completed as per the application process.
