Job description
We seek an experienced health staff member who has Allied Health or nursing qualifications, skills and experience working in public hospitals. The work you undertake will be varied from educating and supporting staff to engage with carers; through to individual support to Carers.
Experience and knowledge of community care is essential, and knowledge of the needs of carers from diverse backgrounds and cultural groups.

Where you'll be working
Across NSLHD Health Services, including RNSH, Ryde and Hornsby Hospitals, and Northern Beaches Health Services
What you'll be doing
Duties include: Provide staff education on the engagement and resources available for Carers in hospital; engaging with and providing support and information to link carers to other services that meet their individual needs. Assisting with administrative tasks as required. Liaising with individual specialist services as required to ensure the needs of carers are considered and met.
