Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced qualified Carpenter with expertise in formwork and concrete finishing to join our Precast team in Ulverstone, Tasmania. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the construction process, ensuring precision and quality in all aspects of formwork and concrete finishing.
Responsibilities:
Construct and assemble formwork for various construction projects.
Execute precise concrete finishing work.
Collaborate with the project team to interpret blueprints and project specifications.
Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment related to carpentry, formwork, and concrete finishing.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations on-site.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a qualified Carpenter with a focus on formwork and concrete finishing.
Have a commitment to a Safety 1st Always Works culture
Strong understanding of construction blueprints and specifications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Forklift and dogging certifications desirable
