Role Overview: Tringrove Industries is on the lookout for a skilled and dedicated Leading Hand Carpenter, specializing in formwork, to bolster our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess not only extensive experience in formwork carpentry but also demonstrate a high level of motivation, a commitment to quality, safety, and the ability to lead with a focus on precision and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and engage in the construction of formwork for various concrete structures.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure the efficient completion of projects.
- Guarantee that all formwork constructions adhere to specific standards and specifications.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior staff.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace, strictly following all safety protocols.
- Offer innovative solutions to construction challenges, enhancing project outcomes.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience in similar roles, particularly in formwork carpentry, will be considered an advantage.
- Prior experience with precast panels and formwork is highly desired.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans and technical drawings.
- Skilled in job setup and able to thrive within a growing company.
- Flexibility and a proactive approach to taking on challenges.
- Capability to work within designated timeframes and budgetary constraints.
- Experience in preparing various structures, including stairs, commercial slabs, driveways, and paths.
- A keen eye for detail and a drive to excel in their role.
