Casino District Memorial Hospital is seeking a Level 4 Carpenter to undertaking in a safe and professional manner, all carpentry works. This includes maintenance and installation works throughout hospital facilities, campuses and ancillary health services across multiple sites within the Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD).
If you have:
- Trade certificate in carpentry or joinery and demonstrated experience in the field of carpentry maintenance/renovation in a residential or commercial environment and hold a current White Card
- Demonstrated knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures for building fabric, fitting and fixtures
- Proven analytical skills in fault finding and problem solving, including the ability to interpret building and services plans
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of multiskilling principles, including an understanding of relevant Australian Standards and Codes of Practice
- Demonstrated written communication skills, computer literacy and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively personally and within a team environment in the workplace
