Rebilt Group, is a highly recognised residential renovation company based in the Hills District Sydney, NSW having begun in 2010. We are currently seeking a skilled Carpenter who can take direction to join our established and busy team.
To qualify for this position, you will have
- Strong skills in all areas of carpentry, especially framing, roofing (hand cut), fixouts etc.
- Experience working on detailed residential renovation projects
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Order and manage the delivery of materials
- Solid understanding of the NCC & AS1684
- The capability of being a forward planner
- Be able to read and understand plans and specifications
- A full carpentry tool kit and a suitable, well maintained utility, or van
Required Qualities
- Be willing to learn and develop new skill sets
- Be punctual and reliable with a team attitude
- Strong work ethics
- High attention to detail
- Be self-motivated and enjoy a challenge
- Be a multitasker and able to work unsupervised at times
- Be able to collaborate and solve problems on site
- Have well developed organisational skills
- Not be afraid to do whatever it takes to get the job done!
Qualifications
- Trade Qualification Cert III in Carpentry- REQUIRED
- Cert IV in building would be viewed favourably for this role
- Minimum of 9 years of building and construction with a minimum of 5 years in renovations
- Current trade license in carpentry
- Current White Card
