Position 1: Site Manager
As a Site Manager with Outdoor Establishments, you'll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality pool and garden projects. Working closely with our company directors and in-house design team, you'll oversee every aspect of project delivery, ensuring excellence from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a small team to deliver projects to the highest standards.
- Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring quality control.
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff to help them grow.
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Documenting site activities and managing project expenditure.
