The Harvey Norman Aspley Floorcoverings, Carpet & Rugs Showroom is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Senior Sales Consultant to join them in delivering Great Sales and Service, Always! to their customers.
You will strive to have an understanding of the latest colours and trends in the home renovation industry and a desire to find the best outcomes for our customers.
To be successful you must:
· Have a passion for design and sales
· Be a highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding organisational customer service and communication skills
· Enjoy working in a team environment striving for a positive culture
What we require:
· Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail sales business
· A passion to develop your skillset to help customers purchase flooring products, carpets and rugs to improve their home
· This will involve measure, draw, read plans and sell flooring products in the home
· Current drivers license and own mode of transport is essential
· Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
· Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
· Experience of resolving customer queries and making decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
· Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
· Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
