Pt. Leo Estate Restaurant is the vibrant, one-hatted, culinary heart of the Estate and our main dining space. Diners enjoy spectacular views overlooking our vineyard and sculpture park to Western Port and Phillip Island. Our menu celebrates the region's produce, harnessing relationships with local suppliers to deliver a flavor forward, contemporary a la carte offer. Seasonal and regional food is the focus of Pt. Lead by Culinary Director Josep Espuga who originated from Catalonia, Spain, with a multi-Michelin star-studded CV featuring Mugaritz, Nahm, and New York’s Degustation, we are looking for a talented and experienced Commis Chef / Chef de Partie who is seeking to continue their journey of culinary excellence, career development in a safe and reliable work environment.

Pt. Leo Estate is a family run ocean front property set on 330 acres of vineyard, cattle grazing land, and a world class sculpture park located in Bunurong Country on the Mornington Peninsula. About the role:
- Full time permanent position; shifts on a rotating roster
- Work under the tutelage of the Culinary Director and a host of talented culinary leaders in our one-hatted restaurant

About you:
- Demonstrate experience in fine dining establishments
- Strong work ethic and 'can do' attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Task driven
- Able and willing to work weekends and public holidays
- Hold a current Victorian drivers licence and have own transport
