Eligibility/Security Requirement:Successful applicantmust be an Australian citizen and have a minimum current security clearance of NEGATIVE VETTING 1 clearance.
Statement of Work
This Statement of Work concerns the provision of Case Management Officers to support the Department.
The supplier will, under broad direction, work within the Security Policy Services Branch, to process complex applications and make recommendations to the delegate based on best security practice.
Their responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes for routine or complex Case Management.
- Utilize legal advice and policy guidance to interpret legislation against routine or complex cases and translate this into risk management practices.
- Undertake analysis of cases against relevant open and classified data sources, sensitive personal information, Department’s Strategic Goods List Part 1, and relevant intelligence products.
- Identify and respond to stakeholder’s information and records management requests and provide timely advice.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders to achieve best practice and where appropriate share complex risk assessments and trend analysis.
- Manage records in accordance with relevant legislation and Department’s policies and procedures.

SCOPE OF SERVICES AND TASKS – Case Management
SPS requires the services of one Case Management provider with demonstrated Case Management and security risk management experience to (under the broad direction of an APS 6 or EL1):
Manage a range of Case Management deliverables and produce them in accordance with organizational practices, methods, and standards.
Over the duration of this project, the supplier’s support to the Department’s enterprise may include developing, producing, and reviewing a varied range of authorizations, assessments, and applications.
