You will play a critical role in alleviating the stress of relocating through your case management activities designed to make their move as seamless as possible by taking overall responsibility from start to finish.
The Case Management role is a permanent fulltime role, operating in the Adelaide CBD during standard business hours. Successful candidates must have a current national police clearance or the ability to gain one immediately
Key Responsibilities- Deliver end to end relocation experience to relocating ADF members and their families through case management, policy compliance, advocacy and escalation resolution
- Expectation Management ensuring Members and their families understand service scope and the relocation life cycle
- Proactive and technically competent administration of Defence relocation policy & entitlements ensuring benefits and entitlements are in accordance
- Effective & continuous collaboration with Case Management Associates to ensure seamless management of relocation tasks ensuring timely outcomes
- Activation and co-ordination of 3rd party suppliers and vendors who provide accommodation, travel, housing and removal services to customers
- Effective escalation management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- 9 - 12 Months Case Management Associate (CM-A) experience is strongly preferred but not essential
- Customer service experience in a large organisation, preferably in an administrative environment
- Experience with case management would be advantageous
- Experience in Global Mobility, Assignment Management, managed services, Insurance or Travel would be advantageous.
- Experience managing conflicting priorities and KPI's effectively
