Case Managers. In this role, you will investigate complaints made against Public Housing Tenants and take actions to manage disruptive behaviour in accordance with Housing policies of the Department of Communities. This will include, conducting interviews, gathering, recording and assessing evidence; and providing recommendations with respect to pursuing legal action.
This role will also see you liaising with different internal and external stakeholders to support complex tenancies. This role requires people with a strong client focus, demonstrated analytical and evaluation skills; and well-developed report-writing skills. The South Metropolitan Housing Team has its main offices in Fremantle, Kiwnana and Mandurah.
