We are looking for a passionate individual to join our Fostering Futures team. The Case Manager provides quality case management, supporting children and foster carers on a long-term pathway. Advocating services to children and young people (aged 0-18 years) who live in foster care or respite care throughout the Macarthur, Southern Highlands, Illawarra and Shoalhaven regions
This is a permanent full time position based in the Illawarra area, working 38 hours per week.
The salary range for this position is between $41.52/hour - $44.68/hour + superannuation.

Our requirements to provide care
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Welfare, Behavioural or Social Sciences or other relevant discipline.
- Sound knowledge of child and adolescent development, parenting practices, effects of family violence, trauma, abuse and neglect.
- Previous experience in providing high quality advocacy, support and case management services for clients with a focus on out of home care and permanency pathways
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of child protection and out of home care policy, legislation, and standards
- Training and or experience in Restoration
- Knowledge, skills and experience conducting psycho-social assessments of clients' needs and developing and achieving care plan goals.
- Demonstrated high level organisational skills and experience effectively managing face to face client work, administrative duties and crises in an ever-changing environment.
- A current Driver's licence
- A current Police Check
