The Role
The Case Manager (Safe at Home Focus) is responsible for the provision of specialised domestic violence case management designed to provide victim/survivors with the resources to remain safety in their home. This position is based in the Limestone Coast Domestic Violence Service and will deliver services to victim/survivors across Centacare’s Domestic Violence Services in conjunction with a small dedicated Safe at Home team as well as case management teams across the four regions of Limestone Coast, Murray Mallee and Adelaide Hills, Riverland and Whyalla.
This position is funded on a fixed term opportunity until 30 June 2024.

What you need to bring
Essential
- Degree in Social Work and/or demonstrated experience commensurate with the position
- Valid Department of Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check
- Valid Australian Drivers Licence
- Ability to travel interstate when required
- Ability to undertake some work out of standard work hours when required
Desirable
- Extensive demonstrated experience in sectors such as domestic and Aboriginal family violence, mental health, homelessness, case management and/or trauma informed service delivery
- Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and communities
- Experience working with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse families and communities
