Employment Directions is a community-based organisation delivering youth services in the Northern Areas, Barossa Valley, Clare Valley, Gawler, Yorke Peninsula, and regions .The position is required in the Northern Areas region.
We are seeking a dynamic Youth Case Managerwho excels in a challenging environment.This role is five days a week working, Monday to Friday each week. This is a diverse role applying case management support services, and group work, and programs, to eligible young people both within the community and in schools within the region.
The successful candidate will possess;
- An ability to achieve outcomes.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills coupled with strong administrative skills.
- A demonstrated understanding of barriers faced by young people
- An ability to proactively assist young people to achieve a range of education, life skills and social outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent conflict resolution and problem solving skills
- Be able to abide by all policies and procedures
- Achieve KPI’s
Essential requirements
Minimum of Certificate 4 in Youth Work/Youth Justice equivalent
Respond to Abuse and Neglect - RRHAN
First Aid
DCSI clearance.
Child Safe Their Environment Through Eyes
