The Case Manager plays a vital role in the Ceduna Domestic and Family Violence Service, providing case management and support to women and children experiencing domestic and/or family violence.
This is a Full Time role working 38 hours per week, based in Ceduna, South Australia.

To be successful in this role you will have:
· Experience in providing case management.
· Experience in providing support services to families.
· Knowledge of issues affecting the Aboriginal community which threatens and impacts on family wellbeing.
· Knowledge of issues relating to family violence.
· High level communication skills (verbal and written).
· Demonstrated ability to work in a highly confidential manner.
· high level organisational and time management skills.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and also in a collaborative manner.
· Demonstrated high level of ability in the use of Microsoft Office and Information Technology.
· Relevant qualification in Community Services, or Social/Human Services desirable, but not essential.
Requirements of the role:
· Hold (or willingness to obtain) a current DHS Working With Children Check – don't worry, we can support this process if necessary!
· Hold (or a willingness to obtain) a National Criminal History Record Check (Police Check)
· Hold a current South Australian Driver’s License (minimum Provisional License)
· Be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 (minimum of two doses) - evidence will be required prior to appointment
