Case Managers/ Customer Service Officer - Government

APG is currently seeking an experienced Case Managers/ customer Service Officer for a 5 Month Assignment within Northern Rivers Government Sector.

• $48.28 Per Hour + Super
• 5 Month assignment with possibility of extension
• Northern Rivers Location. 

The Role
As a Case Manager, you will be working with impacted residents to assess Disaster Relief Grant applications, assessment and claims.

Deliverables will include:

• Deliver end to end case management to allocated DRG applicants.
• Report potential complaints and/or appeals to Manager DRG Program Delivery

The Case Managers will possess the following:

• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage complex customer interactions are a must
